Do not seek the truth (Butterfly) with the mind (garden). The mind must remain still, quiescent, and intuitively receptive in and AS the present moment. If you seek the truth or butterfly with the mind, it activates the mind, and tramples all over the garden.
Stay as deeply present in the moment as you can, feeling the moment rather than thinking it. Forget yourself and become the moment. Don't be IN the moment, BE the moment. This is how the garden blooms. Before long the butterfly will land on your shoulder.
