Faith in experientially knowing the true Self - being present as the Presence. Concentrating the mind is turning the mind into a giant microscope akin to being directly under the sun. The light of the true Self shines through the mind with such enormous Faith that all dreams are manifested.
True Concentration - a one -pointed mind is mind that can hold 'One thought of Awareness' in and AS the moment. Every time the mind tries to rise into a stream of thought, bring it back home to the moment, holding that 'One Thought of Awareness".
The Awareness of the Subconscious Mind, merges with the Awareness of the true Unmanifest Soul, bringing the I of the Conscious Mind and the I of Spiritual Consciousness together as One.
