FAITH UNDER GRACE

We are, first and foremost, individually, and then collectively, moving 'from theory' and 'belief' of the true Self (God) to Faith which is an experiential knowing of the true Self - a lived experience.

That is what Faith it - it is knowing the true Self through direct experience, through directly communing through the Inner I of our Beingness which is known as one's sense of existence or put another way, one's 'I am-ness'. Knowing is a different experience to thinking and feeling. You do not feel you exist, you do not think you exist. You know you do.

Indirect experience, such as second-hand knowledge is taken via the senses from those that have had direct experience of know the true Self or God, such as a guru, monk or priest, and is simply not good enough for this world any longer. We do not want a middleman whose word we must take for it. We must KNOW ourselves through direct experience.

Belief is of the Mind and Faith is of the Spirit.

One, as Spirit, is conscious OF the Mind, which is why you can watch yourself think. One is never conscious AS the mind. This misidentification with form is the original sin and the cause of all our troubles. As soon as this is truly realized through becoming conscious of being Awareness the true Self is realized, liberating us from the myopic limitations of Mind.

“One thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see”. – John 9:25

We become conscious of ourselves as Awareness through meditation. Meditation stills the mind so that it becomes like a clear mirror with no dust (Thoughts and feelings) on it, allowing the Spirit within to recognize itself. When this happens identification with form ceases, allowing one's true Self as Spirit to master the mind, rather than being its servant.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. - 1 Corinthians 13:12
