HEARTFELT CONCENTRATION

When you are simply aware of the present moment without thinking about it - without judging it - without labelling anything or trying to manipulate it in any way - you are in meditation. Equally as important to remember is the Present moment cannot be thought (If the mind is stilled through meditation, then clearly thinking is not a part of meditation) it can only be FELT - so when meditating be sure to FEEL the moment - genuinely FEEL it. Once the stillness of mind has been established, become conscious of being conscious or more aptly put, become aware of being Conscious of not being the Mind but the Awareness of it. I know that does not sound natural and nor will it feel natural until this mind set has been established as a habit of Being.
