ILLUSION VS REALITY

And Cain said to Abel his brother, "Let us go out to the field," and when they were in the field Cain rose against Abel his brother and killed him. - Genesis 4

The story of Cain and Abel is the story about how the ego stops or blocks the Spiritual flow of the true Self from coming into the physical world as a blessing to one and all.

The Temple is the subconscious, which is our body of Awareness (Incarnate Soul) gained through not only this lifetime, but many preceding lifetimes. The subconscious is always in the Now, always awake and always aware. It is not a thinker but a doer. It does that which it knows and is responsible for all manifestation. The subconscious is the door to the Spiritual Realms - to higher dimensions of our being. Contained within it is our life purpose for this incarnation. Everyone's subconscious collectively constitutes the vessel of the One True and Eternal Soul. This is what we want to give life to via our conscious mind - attention - light.

The conscious mind (I) aka thought, must sit in the subconscious (am) working in harmony, together as One. This is the meditative mind. In doing so we come to know ourselves beyond our thoughts and feelings as the Conscious Awareness (I am) of the Incarnate Mind-Soul (Son) that is the vessel of our true Self as (Spirit Father) being Soul (Mother).

This is aligning the consciousness of the conscious mind, the awareness of the subconscious mind, that channels as the Christ or Zen mind aka Son, the true Self: Soul being Spirit. So, I Spirit Am Soul that I conscious mind am subconscious mind. I am that I am. This is living in alignment or under Grace. It is working together as One. The Effect aka mind/body is a perfect reflection of Cause: Soul/Spirit.

When the conscious mind aka thought, rises in the caravan of thinking, on its own, with no inspiration from its true Self, it rises out of the Temple of the Living Now that constitutes both the Incarnate and true Soul. Therefore, it rises out of the reality of Now and into the illusion of Now. . Instead of giving life to the true Self that guides us intuitively and serendipitously via the Temple, we have risen out of it, into our own idea of reality and are giving life to this illusionary thought instead. This is how Illusion (Cain) killed reality (Abel).

Yet each man kills the thing he loves, by each let this be heart - Oscar Wilde
