KNOWINGLY MINDFUL

If you have journeyed along the road less travelled, then you will no doubt be exhausted. Likely you will have no fight left, barely able to put one foot in front of the other. You have been put through the fire, tempered, and made ready for the cleansing of mind so that Spirit may enter your being and raise you up. It is no accident that you have been left in this shape. Disillusionment with mind must proceed enlightenment of Spirit. It is at this point you will be ready for true mindfulness, true meditation. You are now ready to let it all go. More than that, you are probably running from yourself, your false self and all its thoughts.

However, take heart. As already stated, is not by luck or lack thereof, you are here and depleted. Perversely one must lose themselves to find themselves and this is how you find yourself; this is the last leg of your journey.

The way is intuitive mindfulness. The way is to be as consciously present in and of Awareness, that lives in the moment as much as you can. The seeds (intentions) for the Incarnate Soul or mind are hidden within the subconscious. The conscious mind is the sun, the light that needs to shine on them so that they grow, and flourish as intended before birth. This requires the conscious mind keeping a meditative stillness within the awareness of the subconscious/present moment. The present moment is the vessel for everyone's Soul. There is only one Soul, containing many.

Love the Lord your God (Awareness = present moment) with all your heart (Incarnate Soul/subconscious) and with all your soul (The One Soul/present moment) and with all your mind (Conscious mind or Inner I) and with all your strength (Body).- Mark 12:30

One must live in the moment without taking any thought (literally) for yourself or for your life & happiness. Having no fight left and little will to live, this shouldn't be a big ask.

Be mentally still and intuitively receptive to one's true Self, allowing your inner truth to 'knowingly' guide your way from ones Spirit that is innately omniscient (all knowing). One true Self will speak to you through the One Soul being many souls. In other words, one's Spirit will speak to you either directly through intuition in one form or another and indirectly through the present moment as 'signs' or 'signposts' so to speak.

Thought is always given, never taken so let go and let be. If an idea comes to you, act on it, if it doesn't, continue living in the moment, moving as One with it.

One must stop letting incessant egoic thoughts terrorize you, robbing you of your peace of mind. This too shouldn't be much of a problem. You would have probably figured out by now that your thinking mind is more foe than friend. A foe that you have never really been master of. Letting yourself be subject to every self-serving thought that eventually brought you to your ruin must end at some point & you realize this now.

You do not have to worry anymore, nor put in any mental effort in regard to fixing your life. No, on the contrary. You must relax into the moment letting life flow through you and around you without any type of control on your part. Let it all be. No more hustling, no more manipulating, no more worrying. You may as well surrender. Honestly could life do a worse job that you have already. What have you got to lose when you have lost it all anyway?

The thinking mind clearly is not working for you. Try the meditative mind and see if your so-called luck does not change. Honestly, I tell you, the right use of mind is essential to the quality and fulfilment of your life. I know it is unimaginable to live a life in which you are no longer in control, but this is what you must do as the mind - as effect. You must as mind surrender your life to your Spirit which is Cause and this can only be done with a meditative mind. Once you surrender your life as mind, you will be born again of Spirit and realize all you surrendered was merely illusion.

“Come to the edge," he said.

"We can't, we're afraid!" they responded.

"Come to the edge," he said.

"We can't, We will fall!" they responded.

"Come to the edge," he said.

And so they came.

And he pushed them.

And they flew.”

― Guillaume Apollinaire

This poem is about somebody taking that leap of faith and trusting life to guide them without taking thought for it. Trust life - trust your inner Spirit to guide you to your highest good. To the fulfilment of your being.

Be mentally still and know that I AM Spirit
