Time & space are illusions of the dream world we call life. Now is eternal. The sense of 'I am-ness' that you have will always be Now, whether you are breathing or not breathing, whether you have form or are formless, whether you are asleep or awake - I am Now. Now is eternal, so relax & enjoy this moment Now. The forms within your I am-ness will constantly change but your sense and knowingness of being "I am' never will.
Because you only know yourself as effect you are subject to form. Once you know yourself as Cause you will create the effect/form which will be subject to you.
Become a lucid dreamer....
All you have to do as effect is align yourself with your Cause.
