You are Consciousness Undifferentiated. Eternal - Infinite - Nonconceptual. You are literally everything and one irrespective of what the Mind and its tricks tell you. This is the truth. This is reality. Therefore, whether you are conscious of it or not, whether you are asleep to the fact or awake, when you hurt someone, you are hurting yourself. Your conscience is the pain felt when that happens. Listen to it. It will spare you as well as others much suffering.
