Through meditation, which stills the thinking mind, identification with a personal self is lost and identification as the Impersonal - as Life living itself (True Self) is gained.
Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit (Made Impersonal). Flesh gives birth to flesh,(Personal) but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. (Impersonal). You should not be surprised at my saying, `You must be born again. - John 3:5-7
