The meditative still mind (Omega) acts like a shiny mirror that when devoid of dust (Thoughts & feelings) allows the true Self as the Alpha, to finally be revealed, bringing about Self-Realization and liberation from the limitations of an Egoic Mind set in which the Alpha confused itself as the Omega only while unconscious of its eternal and infinite Self as the Alpha.
