The conscious mind aka thought should be resting within the subconscious mind which rests within the Soul and the Soul within Spirit like Russian dolls.
If the conscious mind rises in thought, it rises outside its own subconscious temple where it receives intuitive guidance from the Soul aka Awareness which is direct by Spirit aka Consciousness.
The subconscious mind is always in all ways in the present moment is a part of the present moment for the subconscious is a part of the Soul. Therefore, stay in the present moment with an open heart and mind and be guided intuitively.
Let your mind be guided by your Spirit rather than by itself while cut off from its truth.
