Stay awake through practicing Present Moment Awareness (Meditation) 1 minute, 6 times a day.
This is your WIFI that hooks you up to the true Self. It aligns one Aka being under Grace with Spirit/Absolute. Look at it as plugging yourself in to be charged. You won't be able to feel it yet or be conscious of it but every time you are present in the moment (Outside of thinking) you are being charged - illuminated.
Then later on in the day, as you go about your business, clarity of mind will happen. You will read and understand spiritual texts much easier. You will hear your intuition much more clearly; you will notice synchronicities. Your thoughts and mind will become clearer and clearer enabling one to see life as it is, rather than through the lens of a filter.
Every moment you spend in meditation cleans the mirror of mind so that the true Self behind is reflected allowing for realization of the Self more and more every day.
Simply hold one thought without letting it divide itself into a stream of thought. Witness life without thinking about it, labelling it, judging it, putting conditions on it or having any expectations of it - just for that minute, 6 times a day. Extend this practice to 2 minutes, 6 times a day etc. This is how we open the door to the Spiritual dimensions of our Being.
